Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and $0 due today. You add a card when you start the trial so the subscription can continue automatically, but you're not charged until day 7 and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. The card is collected up front so your account continues without interruption when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never billed.

Scheduling, publishing, analytics, and everything else are unaffected if you run out — you can top up with additional credits or wait for your monthly allotment to reset.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings, and the change is prorated. If you downgrade below your current number of connected accounts, you'll be asked to disconnect the extras first.

You can cancel any time from billing settings — no email, no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, scheduled posts stop publishing, but your data and post history remain available if you resubscribe.
