The short answer

What is the Schedulin content calendar?

The Schedulin content calendar is a visual view of every post you've scheduled across your connected social accounts, shown by month, week, or day, or as an agenda list. It lives on the Posts page — switch from List to Calendar — and each post shows its platform icon, publish time, and a media thumbnail.

You can drag a scheduled post to a new day or time to reschedule it, and filter the calendar by account, tag, or status (queue, drafts, sent, or failed) so you only see what matters right now.

What you get

What can you do with Content Calendar?

Month, week & day views

Switch between a bird's-eye month grid, a 24-hour week view, a single day, or an agenda list. A Today button and arrows move you around fast.

Drag-and-drop rescheduling

Drag any scheduled post to a new slot. Week and day views snap to the hour or half-hour; month view keeps the post's original time of day.

Filter by account & tag

Narrow the calendar to specific connected accounts or tags, so a busy multi-brand schedule stays readable.

Queue, draft, sent & failed tabs

The same status tabs as the post list filter the calendar too, each with a count badge, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Per-account timezones

Each connected account has its own timezone for its posting schedule, so a queue built for a London audience publishes on London time.

Post details in one click

Click any post to open its full preview card, with actions like delete, without leaving the calendar.

How it works

How do you get started with Content Calendar?

1

Connect your accounts

Link your social profiles once. Their scheduled posts all show up together on one shared calendar.

2

Plan your month

Schedule posts from the composer, then drag them around the calendar until the plan looks right.

3

Let it publish

Schedulin posts everything automatically at the right time — no reminders, no manual uploading.

In detail

How does the content calendar work?

The calendar is a second view of the same posts you see in the Posts list, so nothing is duplicated and every change shows up in both places.

Where to find it

Open Posts in the sidebar and switch from List to Calendar. Each connected account also has its own calendar on its channel page, scoped to just that account's posts.

What each post shows

Month cells show a platform icon, the publish time, and a media thumbnail for up to three posts per day. Busier days get a “+N more” link that opens the full list for that date, and today's date is highlighted.

Rescheduling rules

Only scheduled posts can be dragged. Drafts, sent posts, and failed posts stay put, so your history can't be moved by accident. If a move is rejected, the post snaps back to its original slot.

Filtering a busy calendar

The status tab you pick on the Posts page — Queue, Drafts, Sent, or Failed — filters the calendar, and the account and tag pickers narrow it further. The same filters apply to the list view.

Time format and navigation

Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour time, jump back to today, or step forward and back by month, week, or day. If the current month is empty, the calendar opens on the month of your next scheduled post.

How timezones work

The calendar displays times in your browser's local timezone. Each social account also stores its own timezone, which its queue uses when it picks the next open posting slot.

Drag-and-drop rescheduling works on scheduled posts in the month, week, and day views.

Why it matters

Built to save you time

Stop posting reactively

A calendar you can see is a calendar you'll actually fill. Plan a week or a month ahead and stay consistent without scrambling for ideas every morning.

Catch gaps before your audience does

Empty days jump out immediately. Spot a quiet Thursday and fill it instead of realising you went dark for a week.

One plan for every platform

Instead of separate schedules per network, your entire cross-platform plan lives in one place your whole team can see.

FAQ

Content Calendar FAQ

Can I see all my social networks on one calendar?

Yes. Every connected account appears on one shared calendar with its platform icon. Schedulin publishes to 23 networks, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Reddit.

Can I drag and drop posts to reschedule them?

Yes. Drag a scheduled post to a new day in month view (it keeps its time of day) or to a new half-hour slot in week and day view. Drafts, sent posts, and failed posts can't be dragged.

Does the calendar handle timezones?

The calendar shows times in your browser's local timezone. Each connected account also has its own timezone setting that its queue uses, and when you pick an exact date and time in the composer you can choose which timezone it's scheduled in.

Can I filter the calendar to just one platform or account?

Yes. Use the account picker to show one or more connected accounts, the tag picker to show posts with specific tags, and the Queue, Drafts, Sent, and Failed tabs to filter by status.

Does the content calendar have a week or day view?

Yes. The calendar has month, week, day, and agenda views. Month is the default, the week starts on Sunday, and you can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time.

What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?

Schedulin retries temporary platform errors automatically, up to four attempts. If a post still fails, it moves to the Failed tab with the reason on the post card, and you're notified by email.

Is the content calendar included in every plan?

Yes. The calendar is part of every plan, from Starter at $5/mo to Pro at $20/mo, and every plan includes unlimited posts.
