How does post scheduling work in Schedulin?
Schedulin lets you write one post, select any of your connected accounts across 23 networks, and publish it now, at an exact date and time, or in the next open slot of each account's queue. Each account gets its own copy of the post, so you can adjust the caption, media, and platform settings per network.
Posts publish automatically at their scheduled time. Every plan includes unlimited posts, and you can also bulk-schedule up to 100 posts at once from a CSV file.

What happens when you schedule a post?
Every post starts in the composer: open Posts and click New Post. From there you choose accounts, write, attach media, and decide when it goes out.
Three ways to schedule
Choose Now to publish immediately, Next Available to take each account's next open queue slot, or Set Date and Time to pick an exact moment and timezone. Save as Draft keeps the post for later.
How the queue picks a slot
Queue times are set per account in its Schedule settings: pick every day, weekdays, weekends, or a single weekday, add a time, and choose how many posts that slot holds. Schedulin looks up to 90 days ahead in the account's own timezone.
Per-network options
Instagram and Facebook let you choose a feed post, Reel, or Story. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn support a first comment. X and Mastodon support multi-post threads. YouTube adds title, visibility, category, and tags, and Pinterest boards can be created inline.
Media and accessibility
Attach images and video from your device, Google Drive, or Canva, up to 250 MB per file. Add alt text of up to 1,000 characters to each image, and pick a video cover frame with a slider.
Bulk upload from CSV
Upload a CSV with content, scheduled_at, platforms, media_urls, and tags columns — up to 100 rows, 5,000 characters of content, and 10 media URLs per row. Every row is validated in a preview, and one bad row doesn't block the rest.
When something fails
Temporary platform errors are retried automatically, up to four attempts. If a post still fails, it moves to the Failed tab with the reason and you're notified by email. Duplicate Post copies it into a fresh post to try again.

Can I schedule the same post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. Select every account you want in the composer and schedule them together. Each account gets its own copy, so you can adjust the caption or media per platform, or use Sync caption and Sync media to copy one version to all of them.
What is a posting queue?
A queue is a set of posting times you define for each connected account. Instead of picking an exact time for every post, you choose Next Available and the post goes out in the account's next open slot after anything already queued. Each time slot can hold more than one post.
Which networks can I publish to?
Schedulin publishes to 23 networks: Bluesky, Facebook, Google Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Mastodon, Telegram, DEV.to, Hashnode, WordPress, Nostr, Discord, Slack, Twitch, Kick, Dribbble, and Whop.
Is there a limit on how many posts I can schedule?
No. Every plan includes unlimited posts. Plans differ only in how many social accounts you can connect and how many team members you can add.
Can I bulk upload posts from a CSV?
Yes. Upload a CSV of up to 100 rows with content, scheduled_at, platforms, and optional media_urls and tags columns. Schedulin validates every row in a preview before anything is scheduled, and rows with problems don't block the rest.
Can I add a first comment to scheduled posts?
Yes, on Instagram (up to 2,200 characters), Facebook (up to 8,000), and LinkedIn (up to 1,250). The first comment is set in that account's options in the composer.
Can I schedule threads on X?
Yes. Use Add Tweet in the composer to build a multi-post thread for X. Mastodon supports threads the same way.
What timezone are scheduled posts published in?
When you pick an exact date and time, the composer defaults to your browser's timezone and lets you choose another. Queue slots use each account's own timezone, which you set in that account's Schedule settings.
