The short answer

What does Schedulin analytics track?

Schedulin analytics collects performance data for the posts you publish through Schedulin — impressions (views), likes, comments, and shares, plus reach, saves, and video views where the network provides them. Everything rolls up into one dashboard under Analytics, with a dedicated page for each network.

It also records daily follower counts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Bluesky, and shows a best-times heatmap of when your engagement comes in. Analytics is in beta and included on every plan.

In detail

How does Schedulin collect analytics?

Schedulin pulls metrics straight from each network's API for every post it publishes, so there's nothing to install or export.

Automatic collection

Tracking starts when a post publishes. Metrics are fetched every few minutes at first, then less often as the post ages — hourly, then daily, weekly, and finally monthly — so fresh posts update fast and older ones stay current.

Follower growth

Follower counts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Bluesky are captured once a day and summed across your accounts, showing up as the Followers trend on the dashboard and each network's Audience tab.

Dashboard date ranges

The main dashboard covers the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days and compares Followers, Impressions, Engagement, and Likes with the previous period of the same length.

Network pages

Each network page has Overview, Posts, and Audience tabs, an account picker, and ranges for this month, last month, 7, 30, or 90 days, and year to date.

Best times to post

The heatmap plots engagement by weekday and hour in your timezone. It's an estimate of when engagement arrived, which makes it a good guide for setting your queue times.

Analytics in the API and AI

Per-post analytics summaries and time series are available through the REST API and MCP server, and the AI chat assistant can pull your numbers and chart them inline.
