What are Schedulin reports?
Schedulin reports are PDF exports of your analytics dashboard. Click Export PDF on the Analytics page and Schedulin builds an A4 report for the date range and network you have selected, with your organization's logo and brand color in the header. Turn on white-label and the report carries no Schedulin branding at all.
Each report can include engagement over time, a per-platform breakdown, your top posts, and audience growth. Finished reports are saved under Analytics → Reports, where you can preview, download, rename, regenerate, or delete them.

The ten best-performing posts in the period are listed, giving you ready-made examples of what worked.
Audience growth
A follower chart shows growth across networks that report follower counts: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Bluesky.
Title and scope
Reports get an automatic title from the date range and network, or you can write your own of up to 120 characters. Scope follows the dashboard filters: 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, and all networks or one.

Reporting FAQ
Can I export social media reports as PDFs?
Yes. Click Export PDF on the Analytics dashboard, choose your sections, and Schedulin generates an A4 PDF you can preview and download from Analytics → Reports.
Are the reports white-label?
Yes. Turn on White-label reports under Settings → Organization → Brand kit and your PDFs show only your logo, brand color, and organization name. The “Generated by Schedulin” footer is removed, and so is Schedulin from the PDF's file properties. White-label is included on every plan.
Can I report on a single platform?
Yes. Filter the dashboard to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or Bluesky before exporting, or leave it on All for a cross-platform report.
What date ranges can a report cover?
The last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, matching the dashboard's range options. Custom date ranges aren't available.
Can I schedule reports to send automatically?
Not yet. Reports are generated when you click Export PDF, and you download and share them yourself.
Can I export analytics as CSV?
No. Reports export as PDF only.
Where do I set the logo and brand color?
Under Settings → Organization → Brand kit, or from the Brand kit button on Analytics → Reports. Upload a PNG or JPG logo, pick a brand color, and toggle white-label. New settings apply to the next report you generate or regenerate.
