What is the Schedulin hashtag manager?
The hashtag manager lets you save sets of up to 10 hashtags as named, color-coded groups and insert a whole group into a caption with one click. Groups are managed under Settings → Hash Tag Groups or straight from the # button in the post composer.
Groups are shared across your workspace, so everyone on your team adds the same approved hashtags. Inserting a group adds plain text to the caption, so it works on every network.

How do hashtag groups work?

Where to manage groups
Open Settings → Hash Tag Groups to see every group, or click the # button in the composer toolbar to create, edit, delete, and insert groups without leaving the post.
What inserting does
Clicking a group appends its tags, formatted as #tag1 #tag2, to the end of the caption for the account you're editing. It also works in the X thread editor.
Group limits
Each group has a name of up to 50 characters and 1 to 10 hashtags, each up to 50 characters long. There's no cap on how many groups a workspace can create.
Editing a group later
Hashtags are copied into the caption as text. Editing a group changes what gets inserted next time, while posts you've already written keep the tags they had.
Platform hashtag limits
Before a post is scheduled, Schedulin checks network rules — TikTok posts with more than five hashtags are flagged so you can trim them before publishing.
Hashtags and AI
The AI chat assistant can pull your saved groups into the drafts it writes, and the AI carousel generator suggests 5–10 hashtags with every carousel caption.
